This is a 1/4″ scale model of a 1928 Sear Vallonia Mail Order kit house. The model is made from a 1/8″ basswood inner core for strength and layered with 1/16″ basswood scale siding. Porch supports are created based on the classic Sears Modern Homes 3-post design. The Vallonia Scale Model footprint measures approximately 9″ wide, 10″ deep, and 9″ tall.
