Sears House Scale Models
Own your piece of Americana with a scale model of a Sears Modern Home. These 1/4″ scale, signed works of art, are built by hand using laser-cut 1/16″ and 1/8″ basswood to match the real thing. Because they are incredibly detailed, each house takes approximately 3-4 weeks to make. Semi-Custom Sears House Scale Models
These Sears Modern Kit Homes are available as 1/4″ miniatures (where 1/4″ of the model equals 1′ of a real house) and made from laser-cut basswood then painted in colors of your choice and assembled by hand. Each is richly detailed and available to be built as a semi-custom model where you chose the colors or get a natural wood (no paint) model for display. Each of my Sears house scale models are highly detailed and made of wood just like a true Sears Kit House. My models are not made from cheap plastic or 3D printed- they’re build by hand and I use high quality materials.
