This is a scale model of an early Royal Barry Wills cape (1937) in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.  Wills began his practice in Boston in the late 20’s and eventually defined the cape cod style home in post war America.  The owner of the real thing spent almost a year restoring his house to its original splendor.
