I had the privilege of creating this model on behalf of the previous owner, who has cherished memories of growing up on Berry Parkway and her fondness for the house. We meticulously crafted the model with the same original slate shingles, and thanks to the new owners who graciously invited us for a tour, we discovered the incredible details within the real home.
